LayonMed 3D imports volumetric image data, segments it, builds and edits 3D geometry, measures it and exports it. It is operated by [OPERATOR NAME] and made available over the internet. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, capacity or technical reasons; sessions run on limited hardware and may be queued or ended after inactivity.
Everything the software produces - segmentations, surface models, measurements and geometry - is an output of your work, and it is unverified. You must check every result against the original image data before you use it for anything. You decide what you do with what you make, you are responsible for it, and you use it at your own risk.
The software does not check safety margins, does not enforce any design limits, and does not verify whose data you are working on. It executes what you ask; it does not evaluate it.
We make no claim about the accuracy, performance or fitness of LayonMed 3D for any particular purpose, and no performance is claimed.
Your images and the models you build from them remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them in order to run the service for you.
We take reasonable care, but this is not a backup service. No project is kept for a guest session, and there is no autosave; images you upload are retained as described in the privacy notice. Keep your own copies of anything important - the software can export project files and models to your computer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [OPERATOR NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, or damage arising from use of results that were not independently verified. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. A material change is published here with its version and date before it takes effect, and the previous version stays available. Swiss law applies, with the ordinary courts at the operator's seat.
